Supreme Court order creates more confusion than serving any useful purpose. For the message from the headquarters of a political party to reach party worker it takes time. If the SC stays the bandh just hours before it is to come into effect, it only adds to confusion and does not help. The matter should have been taken up by SC much earler proactively.
Passing order like this can infact be more dangerous for ordinary citizens.
Can Supreme court guarantee that the life of a citizen is safe incase he ventures out inview of the supreme court order??????
So the reaction of the people to stay away from office or to close their establishment is fully justified. In all possibilities DMK led government would not have tried to force all people indoors. In such a circumstances even the opposition parties can take advantage cause some trouble.
