Any govt. of whatever state should not defy the court orders as none of the rulers are above law. Govt. is protector of law and order so if govt. starts breaking law then it can never give justice to its citizens. TN people have to take a serious view of this and check if they really need such govt.

Government is protector of law only a functioning state. In a predatory state where most politicanl parties are family enterprises and laws discriminate between citizens, anyone with political power is entitled to presume that he/she is above all law.
