Supreme Court have raised a point stating that why it cannot recommend to President to dismiss the Govt. at tail nadu. Immediately Pranab Mukherji stated that they would not disturb the Govt at Tamilnadu since DMK is a part of the UPA in power at the center. If that be so, Supreme Court may advise the President to ask the Prime minister to put his resignation if they ( Party in Power at the Center ) want to support the illegal activity of any state more so when that party in power at the state level is a part of Centeral govt. Minimstry. By this the parties in power are weakening the Govt and the Judiciary which will lead to anrchy in the country. Why no body speaks in opposition parties. The partuies in power at the state level are interfering with the day to day administration in the state level. What sort of leaders we have at thye state level and at the Central level?
