Dear Rediff Moderator , I know that you have a tough job on your hands , but since everything is under your control you must make a note of the things being said here .
Just now we have had a violent fracas in Darjeeling because of an ignorant narrow minded person . Now you can realise how things can take a turn for the worse .
I am not sure if you are fair but it doesnt matter if you are . But you are being a tool for propagating hate speech which makes you a party to this case and you are liable under IPC 1860 section 153-A for promoting hate speech .
Please install better filters or employ more persons to moderate the bulletin board or I will not hesitate to initiate legal action against rediff for promoting hate speech .

You are right Mr. Mohan Raj,
I am also a Lawyer and I feel that the views expressed in this fourum warrants legal actions. i think that the rediff moderators are trying to encourage the hatred speech and it is better to take legal action and other ways to reprimand them.
