Its surprising that a report as secret as being for the Prime Minister's Eyes only is circulated freely in the media. Either the IB has become such a leaking joint that even the most secret documents cannot be retained, or the report is leaked by the Politicos to get some mileage or we are being conned by the media.

No dear. This is the deliberate strategy to leak the report to wash up your mind. Actually Congress is loosing hold. The scare is evident on their actions. People like MK are booster for this. Great.
