Why there is to make a statement public? Who has forced you to stop the test? Are you Under any Pressure?
If at all India wants to have a test we will go for it, that too without any fear. Once the world has experienced that nothing will happen to India if India goes for a Neuclear test.
Why to say, doit if you want have to test your new weapon or the efficiency to existing asrsenel stockpile.
You always do it before saying and after doing it say yes it was needed so we did a test like this. This is what we need rather then giving this type of fooloish statements.
