We Indians need 3 to 5 houses
Atleast 1 car
Large amount of Gold
Huge cash at hand

Even after getting all these they never spend any money that is why India's economy is not growing in a fast pace

This article is about women in IT. why can't they resign their job to start a family ?

There is a law in India for manadatory 3 months maternity leave. No company worth its salt can do this stupidity. I am sure Rediff needs better researchers.

Read this for better understanding

Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 says that
