I was trying to attach a weblink whihc clearly shows the maternity entitlements, but this site is automatically blocking my message. Just search maternity leave on the google and you will get the link straight away.

There is a law in India for manadatory 3 months maternity leave. No company worth its salt can do this stupidity. I am sure Rediff needs better researchers.

Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 says that Google it to read the details. I hope Rediff is better informed next time. I am not sure why this message was removed for abuse alert
