bail on what grounds ?
by Ashok Gupta on Nov 27, 2007 12:48 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

It would be interesting to see if the judges who have granted bail acted within purview of the law ? If all along to set him free was the intent then why the sham of a trial and a conviction. Proven once again that the rich and politically connected people will go scott free. After Sanjay it wilbe Salman Khan,Nawab of Pataudi, The Ansals,Mayawati,Jayalalitha, and all politicians and criminals with cash or connexions. Close the law colleges and make politicians the judes and lawyers.

Mr. Ashok
I am not a Law student so i can't comment on the merit of Judgement. But what you are doing is accusing not only the judges but Cheif Justic of India to be currept.Because as far as i know he was siting on the bench for this judgement.

A court sentenced him and another court has granted him bail of a crime he is guilty of- thats the fact. Now the question asked is why ? Did the lower court err ? If the Court has granted a criminal bail there has to be grounds for conviction as per law as well as for bail as per law. The lawyers must unite and yes nobody should be above the law nobody.
