YES, SHE SHOWED GUTTS MORE TO OUR COWARD GOVT., WHICH IS BOWING DOWN TO EVERY THING THE INDIANMUSLIM DOES NOT APPROVE, AND INSPITE OF THEM BOTH, SHE SHOULD AND WILL STAY WITH US.

OUR LEANED MUSLIMS ALWAYS LOOK THE OTHERWAY WHEN SUCH PERSONALITIES ARE TO BE PROTECTED. THE REST WANT TO KILL HER.

BUT IF MF HUSSEIN PAINTS A DEITY OF "KNOWLEDGE" IN VULGAR, THEY TAKE AN OPEN OR HIDDEN PLEASURE...

SORRY, BUT VERY SHAMELESSLY SICK MENTALITY INDEED.

Dear Raju,

Tell me why you support her ?

Would you support the freedom of speech for a Hindu, if he or she were to claim one of the following,

- Sri Krishna was nothing else but a womanizer and an Adulterer
- King Rama did not trust his wife, instead mistreated her with the entire "Agni-Priksha"
- The existence of King Rama is a big Question Mark ?
- Sri Krishna is NOT really god as he was NOT able to stop the masaacer in the Mahabharat

I agree that Taslima is being treated unfairly. She has a RIGHT to speak her mind. Muslims on the other hand have a RIGHT to protest, using all the tools that do not violate the law of the land.

Hindus seem to support Taslima, ONLY because she has managed to irk the Muslims.

If you want to support Taslima, base it on a principle.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend", is not exactly a principle.

Think about it. Sooner or later there will be some Hindu who will question the teachings and beliefs of Hinduism. What do you think will be the reaction of the Hindu Fanatics ?

I just came back.
Imran, tasleema never said a dirty word about Islamic Gods, like you imply in your msg. It is not a message, but a cheapman, streetboys abuse to Krisha or Rama in the garb of discussion.

Besides, you are not my enemy, but the enemy of yourselves.

will combe back to you later, it is late already.

Raju,
I am not saying Taslima said anything bad about Islam. But her implication is that Islam is the cause for her problems and problems for other Hindus in Bangladesh.

I do not deny what she went through of the issue of non-muslims in B'desh. But cleverly concluding that Islam is what needs to be looked into in a stretch. She is neither a scholar in Islam. She is saying what she experience in her life and the same can be said about a Hindu woman who was abused by her own Hindu relatives. Will you blame Hinduism in tha case ?

I am a hindu with his own personalized belief system. I personally have no problems with above. No protest needed for me.

If you think your God is God why worry about words from mere mortals.

Only when you are afraid that your God is not God you worry. All believers think they are so big that they need to protect their God from Taslima or Salman Rushdie or MF Husain. Come on your God has been around for long enough.

If you are a true believer

Sahi,
Critisizing Hindus does not make me a better Muslim.

My question is, why is the Hindu community supporting Taslima.

If they are supporting her right to express her opinion, then I am with you all. On that same principle we have to Support MF Hussain, even though we may NOT agree with what they are saying/doing ?

But if you are supporting her only because she has managed to Irk the Muslims, then we need to take a deeper look into ourselves.

Are you being better Hindus by suporting someone who seems to criticize Muslims ?
