This is very good.
This will bring to book all antisocial elements who think they can get away with such behaviour.

The should be sentenced to hard-labour and pay a fine which covers all the damages.

Finally the law has shown some teeth.

That's all farce... In Begal a CM rules for more than 30 years.. Do U think there is any infrastraucture of justice in Bengal?
