The Commonwealth is a gymkhana for R&R for a lacklustre grouping of mostly inconsequential nations still singing 'jana mana adhinayaka jaya he!'. Prestigious hardly. Infact I cant see the benefit of this grouping for any nation other than to have some fun at tax payer expense and get bragging rights on some cheap games medals won on sub-par performances. There is no policy and decisions are adhoc with focus on 'remedial' rather than 'reventative' measures as illustrated with treatment of Pakistan. Commonmwealth. Yawn! Who cares.
