They may try to woo the most notorious matka owner as he may be a true symbol of Congress style democracy.

They may woo an ISI sleeper cell in Amdavad as he may be a true symbol of Congress style nationalism.

Congress is keeper of nation's conscience, democracy, nationalism, secularism and Gandhian non-violence.
