Where is justice??

If this is justice, then what is unjustice?

Delayed justice is unjustice for the victims, our judicairy need to be prompt otherwise people may loose their patience and then work of judiciary may be limited to find out who was the first culprit.
Judiciary should stop favoring culprits.
