The Muncipality Officials first take as much money as possible & CLOSE THEIR EYES ON ANY VIOLATIONS OF BUILDING/FIRE NORMS. AND WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG LIKE UPHAAR CINEMA, IT IS ANSALS OR JOLLY MAKERS WHO WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE NOOSE. WHY NOT GIVE DEATH SENTENCE TO ALL THE MUNCIPAL OFFICIALS, OF THAT AREA, RIGHT FROM THE TIME CONSTRUCTION OF UPHAAR CINEMA? THAT WILL STOP ALL VIOLATIONS & ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS. INSTEAD GOVT PLANS TO INCREASE RETIRMENT AGE TO 62 YRS & WHENEVER SOME GOVT OFFICIAL IS COUGHT RED HANDED, ON CORRUPTIONS CHARGES,THEY ARE FIRST SUSPENDED AND THEN ONCE AGAIN REINSTATED WITH PROMOTIONS AS REWARD. WHY NOT TERMINATE THEM? BECAUSE IN INDIA, GOVT ITSELF IS CORRUPT. SO HOW TO TERMINATE GOVT? HENCE CORRUPTION WILL GO ON FOR EVER IN INDIA, MORE HEALTHILY.

Well said ! Corruption is to the roots and choking the living of a virutous man. All the corrupt babu's and neta's should be hanged. Courts in India are agonizingly painful and do no good than testing patience. Still doubt if the High court reduces or alleviates the punishments to the guilty. Because all these mishaps are of no significance according to them. Neverthelesss good way to proceed.
