Yes, one should not indulge in loose talks about a former PM. But every one in this country & especially in Karnatake SHOULD abuse, accuse, scold, lynch ... this Devil Gowda & his family. He is a disgrace. People of Karnataka are ashamed of having elected a person like this rascal.
