BJP is so hungry for power that one feels sorry for them. Having tasted power once they just cannot wait to get back. All their predictions of mid-term elections since 2004 when they lost the election have come to naught.They will be well advised to change course, give up communalism, break their relations with the RSS, Shiv Sena and VHP, think in terms of nation's good and support the Govt on issues that are worthy of support and not oppose for the sake of opposition. Opposition party in a democracy is meant to be a watch dog and not a compulsive opponent to oppose anything and everything that the Govt does.BJP should learn from the western countries from whom we have copied the system of parliamentary democracy.. India badly needs a good, efficient and disciplined opposition party and the BJP can fulfil; that role if they have the wisdom and will to do so otherwise they can sulk and make stupid statements like some of their leaders do and stay in wilderness..

Bhaijaan, I do not subscribe to the idea of abusing others faith nor do I glorify any act of inhumanity be it BJP or any others. But two things are crystal clear no matter which text book we read. 1. Hindu-Musslim hatred, distrust and violence started way beyond BJP, VHP, RSS, Shivsena, Modi, Thakre and even Hindu Mahasabha, Hegdewar and Gowalkar. To say that communal issues in India are an invention of BJP is an UTTER LIE. 2. Somebody rightly pointed out that if there is hatred in the Hindu community towards Muslims and admiration for Takre and Modi that is only because of the FEAR and INSECURITY of the Hindus for the always belligerent Muslims and not because any of the Hindus are BLOOD THIRSTY.

Here is a strait question to Tataghata Mukherjee like persons. Do you feel having relations with RSS is communilasim. Can I know what is mean't by communalism? Do you feel supporting people who work against to say 'Bharath Matha Ki Jai' and oppose to chant Vandemataram and feel religoin is superior than mother land is non communalism. You gyes trying to change the meaning of communalism.
