Do not get emotional, and do not compare 1984 with 2002. Riots of 1984 were secular riots in which not a single Muslim was killed, though a few thousand sikhs did lose their lives. In 2002 however, nearly 800 Muslims were killed, and only 250 odd Hindus lost their lives. 2002 therefore was a communal riot, and a Genocide.
