"Safe" does not only mean safe for women to roam freely at night. Safe means the state will serve and protect you even if you are a Muslim that live miles away from Godhra, was not involed in the carnage, would not support extremism and would be a law abiding citizen. And here is where Modi failed as a leader. He let innocent Muslims get murdered instead of protecting them.
So sorry Gujarat is not a safe place. Unless you are a Hindu, correction, Gujarati Hindu.

They are glorified in History books like Auranzeb & Tipu Sultan. They are glorified in Kolkata (nandigram), they are glofied in all Muslim countries. All the congressies are murderer (Sushil sharma, Manu Bhardwaj, Moninderjit singh pandher and list goes long and long). They even don't hang up terrorists who attcked Parliament.
