Can we(Indians) give this kind of honour to this judge from Pakistan??? No because we are scared country and we lack in guts,will power and of course we do not want to make Generals in Pakistan angry. Why on earth India is so scared,silent and mute when it comes to speak something, Myanmar, Pakistan and Srilanka,plenty of things are happenening in these places but my country and first person of my country will be quite forever.That shows our character.We need strong leaders and not few lameducks who have been ruling this country and can not even stand on their on his own,forget about supporting others.

Stupid comment by Rajesh!! these baby boomers talk about honesty and courage but forget the history, how pakistan never missed a single chance to screw India. Award is given by a Law school and not American govt. USA is still supporting Musharraf. Also, it does not mean America is scared of Gen Mush. Everone look for its own interest. Lets focus on our economy and defense. Pak is testing its own medicine, nothing more than that.
