Daer Onkar,
Sorry if you feel annoyed. I was too hurt by some mails of our bengalis friends who without any provocation wrote time and again below referring uncultured people of UP and Bihar and claiming that they are the most intellectual people of India.Though in my mail i wrote my self the uncultured rural folk.
