Why not president rule at West Bengal?

Why centre is keeping mum and not imposing Presidents rule at West Bengal.
Almost 1 year now that state govt has failed bring law and order situation at Nandigram. The Commi goons threatening nadigram agitators.
Is it coalition " MAJBOORI "?

CENTRE IS KEEPING MUM AND CLOSING THERE EYES, BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO LET THEIR GOVERNMENT GET DISTURBED AT CENTRE. AND NOW THE CPI(M) HAS GIVEN THEM A LOLLYPOP TO LICK IN WAY OF GO AHEAD TO TALK WITH (IEAE) REGARDING N-DEAL SAFETY. MANMOHAN SINGH WILL LICK THIS LOLLYPOP AND LET INNOCENT PEOPLE DIE.

No it is not so simple. Both center and Left have one thing common. They are both Anti Hindu. Had 1% of such thing been done by hindu organisation the whole secularist mafia, media would have been crying for the dismissal of govt.
