Kangress after independence opted for a liscence raj which was controlled organized corruption. In order to get elected they magrinalised the majority and introduced religious corrpution to consistently get minority votes... It's so common for the Majority to accept the Kangress minority appeasement that people were shocked that no other country follows this morally corrupt practise. Just take this Case of Shah Bano case... Follow this truth..
Shah Bano, a 62 year old Muslim woman and mother of five from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, was divorced by her husband in 1978. Shah Bano, because she had no means to support herself and her children, approached the courts for securing maintenance from her husband. The Supreme Court invoked Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, which applies to everyone regardless of caste, creed, or religion. It ruled that Shah Bano be given maintenance money, similar to alimony. The orthodox Muslims in India felt threatened by what they perceived as an encroachment of the Muslim Personal Law. They formed an organization known as the All India Muslim Personal Law Board and threatened to agitate in large numbers in all major cities. Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi, whose Government had absolute majority passed the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986 to dilute the secular judgment of the Supreme Court.

USA is what it is 'Cos their leaders worked for the common good FOR ALL PEOPLE. They had DARING LEADERS WHO THINK BEYOND THEIR TIME.. JUST FOLLOW THE SUPREME COURT RULINGS OF USA. They protected the people right to have freedom of expresion and now U have the 20 billion dollar Sex industry. SEX in artistic form was withold by the Supreme court of USA.
Take the MIRINDA rights case. A criminal was let free 'Cos the police did not let him know HIS RIGHTS TO HAVE A LAWER. Since then at the time of arrest the police have to recite MIRINDA rights..
Take the case of separation of Church and State, take the rulings on Affirmitive action (Justifiable reservation), Take the cases of Anti competitive practises by corporations...
America is prosporous cos the Supreme COurt has people with Daring IDEAS that lasts beyond peoples lives... Technology can be invented but the level playing FIELD FOR individuals to proper using that technology has be supported .
The SUPREME COURT HAS TO BE SUPREME LAW FOR THE LAND AND NO MUSLIM OR OTHER RELIGIONS CAN BE ABOVE THAT LAW...
When that happens HINDUS and other minoroties can work on historical reconciliation...

Whenever some Muslims popular personality was tried to be prosecuted they invoke their Muslimness to tried to duck the law.. Take Azhar's match fixing corruption or take Salman's road side beggars(some of whom were muslims) killings or now take Sanjay Dutts acting innonce unless the law is crushed in PEOPLES EYES THERE THE ENGINE OF PROSPARITY CANNOT BE REALIZED BY ALL PEOPLE...
