read 123 agreement, study hyde act then form an opinion,the deal cannot be accepted along with hyde act,2005 agreement was a good but hydes amendment made it worse for india,why ?becoz it clearly says that the deal will be valid only if india's foreign policy is in tune with usa's is that acceptable to any free thinking nation? look at pakistan USA used it like a condom and throwed away.
