The designated POTA court on Monday sentenced nine persons to life imprisonment in the Haren Pandya murder case. The senior BJP leader and former Gujarat home minister was shot dead at a park in Ahmedabad on March 26, 2003.
The investigation of the case was first carried out by the Ahmedabad crime branch and was then handed over to the CBI.
The CBI had claimed a major breakthrough in the case when the director of the investigating agency flew down to Ahmedabad and claimed that they had recovered the murder weapon and the clothes worn by Asghar Ali, one of the prime accused in the case.

But Pandya's father has informed that they are not the real culprit. He said Modi is trying to coverup as Modi is directly involved. From what is understood from the present siuation in Gujurat any thing is possible even branding somebody to save his own ass. Its time CBI checks now these on camera confession by people that everything is arranged by Modi the killing, Police and Judiciary. Anything is possible in Modi's Gujurat. Check Tahelka..

Tathaghata, everyone who cruises these pages knows that you are in the habit of masquerading as two persons (tataghata/ tathaghata). You may deny it, but it is a trick you play in every forum here. You pretend to post mutually opposing arguments in the same name, and then call the one opposed the fundementalist/ extremist view as a fake!
It is a ridiculous tactics. Please stop it. You should not be afraid of posting your extremist views honestly and with conviction. or, are you now realizing the folly of those views, and are you not convinced of them yourselves?
