Congress tactics.
by Vikas on Nov 06, 2007 02:20 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

President = puppet of Congress
Governor = puppet of Congress

- report contained several annexures in the form of newspaper clippings and also letters written to the Governor by Congress leaders. -
This is bullsh1t. Its only delaying tactics of Congress. When did the news clippings and opposition party letters become criteria for deciding the majority in assembly ?

If all the decisions are to be taken by central govt, then why the hell governors are there in states? Don't they head any mind to think what should be done in which condition?
