BJP JDS have 129 MLAs. The total size of assembly is 224. So, they have a clear majority. Governor's job is to call them to form the goverment. All other arguments are baseless in democratic rule. Remember Congress and Left parties contested against each otehr in Kerala and W Bengal, and even now they are against each other in those states. Still they are ruling together in Centre.
Governor being a congressman, wants to help congress to rule indirectly.
President = puppet of Congress Governor = puppet of Congress President's rule = Governor's rule = Congress rule.

Only Supreme Court can save constitution and democracy from the clutches of Congress.
At the time of Gujrat riot, what the centre did, can u remember, when at the time president Mr.K.R.Narayanan want send troop to gujrat, what Vajpayee did, after three days only he send the troops. if we tell this, then the bjp supports will send a message that what you have done in godhra carnage or see one more congress support is here.

Law & Order is a state subject and Centre should not interfere in state subjects - BJP didn't say this, ur CPM said.
Narayanan was a congressman and as president, he always tried to support congress and ridicule BJP. There was nothing great in his actions.
