This is the tradition of Muslim ruling country. If next CHIEF OF THE ARMY STAFF will be appointed, he will difinitily kill or hang Mr Mush and process may continue.

Not at all. Amercian military will capture him and a court case (drama) will be conducted and ultimately he will be hanged like Saddam Husain.
