Why so long ?

We have respect for Mr. Buddhadev Bhattacharjee, as a fair person.
It is paining, as to why he took so long to take action against the police officers involved.
The police officers conduct were like goons in uniform, utlizing state power.
If this is the law and order situation in the state, who would come to do anything in West Bengal?
