Muslims and Democracy

Only in Kashmir, the Muslims complain about Army presence but what about mostly 55 Islamic nations ruled by Armies, monopolies, dictators etc.? How come Muslims do not complain about that?

It is a Muslims best kept secret, after all, if they work against their brothers (fellow musafir), they will be branded Munafir (Not pure muslim) (SP)

They are not armies, who are present in Muslim countries.

They are Jehadis.
