" 9th battalian, Madras regiment. - During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965, the battalion located at Ferozpur under the 65th Infantry Brigade fought the famous Battle of Barki and played a leading role in the capture of Barka-Kalan and Ichogil Bund. In this heroic action, 27 personnel made the supreme sacrifice. The battalion was honoured with one Vir Chakra, two Sena Medals, twelve mention-in-despatches and the theatre honour Punjab."

From your messages I presume you are an andhraite. So if you hate TN so much why dont you Golties get out of Chennai. Why are you people flocking to chennai for medical treatment & all other activities. For your information more than 50% of illegal activitieas involve Andhraites in Chennai. TN will be better off without you Golties.
