Earlier, the Indira Gandhi govt helped the LTTE.
Then Rajiv Gandhi turned against them and sent the IPKF.

It was a revenge killing.

Prabhakaran is a ruthless terrorist but the reason for his
movement is the long-standing Sinhala communalism.

There is no simple solution.

There is a simple solution and its called referendum. Let the people of the North East decide under UN supervision.
