What is wrong in it? Style of functioning of Police everywhere is the same, with little bit difference, particularly when they are doubting him as terrorist due to his mobile use with a terrorist.Sometime, one is to pay price to be of a relative/known of a culprits.

The Australian police must function like the Hyderabadi police.
After the blasts in Hyderabad, the Hyderabadi police officials made some statements like "we knew something would happen but not exactly aware" etc.
One of B.Raman's article in Rediff mentioned that lot of Muslim households in old city area of Hyderabad have pictures of Osama Bin Laden in their homes.

interogating someone who is relative of terror suspect is one thing and making that person criminal by arranging fake documents is another.
Please read about email details mentioned in above article.
This is a clear case of forging somebody intentionally into something which he never committed.
Now you must have got "what is wrong in it"
