this doc is just bringing another option to poor families/people to earn some respectable amount by connecting people willing to pay for their requirement. It is a much better option as compared to other seriously oppressive trade that individuals take up in this country to earn few hundred rupees - just look around yourself you will find out.
if you cannot be innovative enough to find ways to make money for people around you (or yourself) then atleast you can keep your mouth shut. Some people have a need - they are willing to pay for it - there is someone who is willing to help with the need if returns are right. => If one can do it without violence, hackling others - it is quite legitimate and highly appreciable.
Figure out better ways, and then you are qualified to give your opinion
