PIL aganist Karat
by shib sankar on Nov 02, 2007 01:34 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

He always talks about China and its interests. If we carefully analyze his statements, we would understand that, he is not at all bothered about India. Isn't it a serious crime for a person, holding the post of GS for a lading political party? His statments are unbecoming of person holding responsible position. I just wonder, if they are good enough to loadge a PIL against him? Any comments from the laywers??

Why don't u set up some kind of site and get enough people to sign on it? I think this warrants it.
This is becoming a mockery of constitutional machinery. Coalitions are defintely not the way to go in the future. I think the single largest party has to be given the authority to pass bills and move on by an amendment to the Constitution when 2/3rd majority is not achievable...50% majority works as well I think. It has to be re-worked.
