donate bihar to pakistan!

is it possible to donate bihar to pakistan? is yes, our politicians should think about that!

Neuro, why are you abusing Bihar. Our state is completely ruled by the upper caste people who unlike the other states have a criminal bend of mind. With education, when the lower caste people get more power, Bihar will improve. This is how most of the states in India progressed. After the lower caste majority have education and feel enpowered, you will find a new Bihar that will be a decent place to live.

thats not possible, what is extremely possible is donating all those Pak symapthisers and terrorists in Gujarat to Pak!!

Don't tell like this.Bihar is changing now.Under jungleraj bhaluk Lalu so many corruptions has happened that even to stop does thing Nitish will take atleast 3yrs time.Even people mindset has to change to comeout of this.Under nitish bihar will be formed an improved state though we can't expect bihar to reach standard of punjab within next 10yrs.
