Military Rule or Presidential Rule is required in such huge state then only it will develop otherwise this politicians will devide this state on cast basis. Jiether Mulyamum nor Mayavati or Cogress, BJP can develp this state they always tried to seed of castisam in this land.

Ther is one good solution to delop UP is by dividing into 3 states for breeding development which is a non issue in casteiest politics of UP.
