Mayawati now have good, visionary people supporting her. This time her "raj" would be all about development because unless she brings development in UP, her vaoter base "dalits" will never be able to come out of caste system which is all they are about. That is the only way for dalits to get out of upper caste dominance. Education and looking for other economical apportunities not controlled by upper caste.
