Why does chief minister of U.P. need to speak English? Last time I checked it was a Hindi dominated state Mr. Vijay
Being able to speak English doesn't make anyone a better politician or a better administrator.

yes, you r absolutly right, the people of UP has elected a wrong person to head the state. She is not even suitable to be a peon/ bai at CM;s office..........
