Brahmin Factor
by meena chandar on May 11, 2007 01:35 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

THis win was because of the brahmin factor. Brahmins decided to vote for BSP as they have promised to take care. Withouth that, BSP would have crashed miserably....

They enjoyed reservations 100% from thousands of years.Still they are crying by talking against reservations of SC, ST AND OBC.

Dont forget even Bhima Ambedkar was not in favour of reservation more than 10 years. But as it happens, if something is given to someone, its very difficult to take it away. The ground reality is SC/ST still need it, but not the so called creamy layer. But giving reservation to OBCs is bullshit...

Hi, Meena Chandar, You are right. No doubt that Upper Castes, especially, Brahmins have also voted for BSP, otherwise Mayawati may not have won in such large number of seats. kv_mohanan1@rediffmail.com
