I THINK THAT PEOPLE OF UP WANT A CHANGE BETWEEN TWO MULAYAM/MAYA.

AS THEY BOTH ARE TOP MOST DUFFERS.

AND THEY GET ELECTED.

BECAUSE THE MAIN CAUSE IS THAT THE ACTUAL VOTER DOSE NOT WAS TO COME OUT AND VOTE.

BJP should protest against Quota policy now. They are not getting votes of Backward class people by supporting that and losing upper caste to Mayawati.
