UP will never change as there is no option for people there.Every one in politic is Gunga there.no one is gentle and really willing to work.The seat is hardearned by paying lots of money.They are there to recover that money and make more money.I see no Development for UP for 50 years or forever.
Some thing has to be surely done.The only option is to have president rule in UP and Bihar ofcourse.
