no it is not a question of chamcha...he alongwith his sister Priyanka ji and mother Sonia ji are trying their best to keep the congress alive in this conuntry and that way help the country to achive the dreams seen by his father Rajiv ji

RAHUL or CONGRESS will not get power anywhere. They have to be as second class or third class citizens in most of the states
