Uttar Pradesh,Bihar,Jharkhand,Orrisa and Northeast states are backward states.Everyone in these states should be provided reservation in centrally funded educational institutes and central goverment jobs just for 10 yrs

There is no need for change in philosphy just becs India is a big country every citizen have his own thoughts and every body is free for express their feelings so do not take tention anout country or hindu comunity just Cool & relax think about progress of Country...

Even if they get reservation for 1000 years they will remain "BACKWARD". You can wake up a sleeping person but not a person who "PRETENDS" to be asleep.

WELL SAID - BACKWARD term is a state of mind and not a community, caste or religion
