50 % people did not vote. It's not that all the 50% didn't vote because they did not just bother to go to the polling booth, but because their names were not in the names list.... poor guys were just turned down even if they had their voters card in place. There should also be a survey that how many people went to the polling station but could not vote because of tecnical reasons.
If the management of electoral nane list is done properly then the people will definitely take part in election process. After all who does not want good goverence.

It means candidates are failure to bring food, blanket, drinks etc. for another 50%.
