The Uttar Pradesh Police after a complaint from the Secretariat on Friday afternoon that papers were being burnt and torn in Azam's office in the state Assembly. Chief Secretary Shambhu Nath ordered the office to be sealed, but the Raj Bhawan has denied that the Governor has given any such order.
