indian court are most foodoo court in world, inspite of clinching proof , indian bahan chot court aare not hanging that rascal,,it is shame on indian congress govt , babloo shri bastav a terrorist supoorter,, are still in jail and contessing election, what a shameon india, status,, terrorist have great terror only police can dealt with them like happened in punjab the modern hero K P S gill who tought the terrorist a lession, we should make list of people and warn them if they involve in anti national activities we will kill them encounter,,,,, otherwise punish them legaly to catch the erossion in court value

bhupinder singh when those so called terrorists being killed in encounters whether fake or real, people like u hide themselves back into the womb of ur mother. why these so called super heroes dont go to deal with ULFAs and NAGAs, where goes their heroits then. if on the name of killers of indira fools like u quote an entire community as terrorist, what u say about the killers of rajiv. people demanding elam in sri lanka are petriots and freedom fighters and people demanding autonomy at punjab, kashmir, nagaland are terrorists. alaas !!! double standard indian fools. u cannot press a spring for the lif of universe, once the pressure lifted, it must be lifted, the spring burst entire cramp in the thrust.

even though what you say is true, police mis-use the provisions as in sohrabbuddin's case. the police is a hydra headed monster because of such cases. its best that the cops are taint free, same with politicians. if you really want all those fake encounters AND the terrorists to be killed, you need parties like congress who go soft on terrorists(citing votebanks), AND parties like BJP who get unduly alarmed to be on the right path.
