If the people killed in encounters are really terrorists then one can justify the encounters. But police should be cautious in not taking innocent civilians for granted. And it is the duty of the government to be impartial and not to instigate violence against one community which the ruling party cannot get votes. When an innocent civilian is killed, it will create more terrorists from the victim's family.

Samir khan and sohrabuddin -- your so called civilians were -- listed in the top militants list provided by intelligence beaurau. There were more than 13 cases registered against these two people and also involved in several anti-social activities. If these people are innocent then I am sorry to say that we all are coward criminal who always show sympathy to these people and let our society went wild. People should not discourage the attempts to execute these antisocial criminals out of society and give them more and more brutal punishment so that society has less crimes and we can sleep happily. And by the way its a fashion to spit on modi by being media freaks. Those media persons backed by congress, terrorists, catholics and selfish enterpreneurs.
People speaks anything without going to the place and analyse the truth rather they just being an idiot drawn by media.

Some people have so little understanding about the differences b/w terrorist activities and anti-social activities. Its waste to even explain them the difference.
