He has written some of the greatest lyrics of our time, including the Sandeshe aate hain and the beautiful Radha-Krishan love song, Radha Kaiose naa Jale from Lagaan, and the other inspiring songs of Lagaan and Mangal Pandey. Somebody with a dep understanding of Hindu myths and their spirit could havbe written Radha Kaise..Similarly, someone with a grasp of the simple village folks that become our jawans could have written Sandeshe aate hain. Then there is his collection of poems, Tarkaash. He has stood up to the mullas whenever they have made any repressive pronouncements. We need enlightened citizens among the artists to save our degenertae society. And not cowards and complacent mercenaries who earn their money and keep quiet, even if their conscience says something wrong is happening.

And yes, Modi might be doing development, but he is also damaging the whole fabric of Gujrati society. I have been to Gujarat recently, and the Hindus and Muslims there live in two different parts of the city in Ahmedabad. In the long run you are sowing the seeds of your own destruction. You have to learn from the cases of Akbar and aurangzeb. One was a tolerant Mogul, who had a number of Hindus in his court, (eg.Mansingh), put forward the concept of Dinilahi and patronised Hindu artists and musicians. The empire flourished. Jehangir and Shahjeahan came after him. The Red Fort and The taj Mahal were built. Hindustani classical music reached new heights. Aurangzeb came. Starting living like a pious Muslim. Praying publicly, stitching caps to earn his ckeep, outlawed music, persecuted the Hindus. He held his reign. But immediately after him the kingdom collapsed. It is the path of Aurangzeb that he is treading. He will be the cause of BJP's ultimate downfal. If you believe in Gita, adharama cannot rule for long!! Modi should have listened to Vajpayee and resigned after the riots, and apologoised, that would have brought glory to the BJP and it would have emerged as a nationally acceptable party.

see sir, if u want to pick up issues like this u will find hell lot in other part of the country. Here in bangalore every now and then there will be encounter and all street rowdy's are elimninated mercilessly. We have one of the worst king of lower judiciary system, there by thugs will get away if let.
Also i don't for what u r supporting mullah's. they will onr day butcher u like anything,as u also a KAFIR for them

Have this bugger ever seen the delhi juma mazjid? it is made by the destruction of temples and you can still see the idols are used as footsteps.
Tajmahal you can still see the scripts on the stones.. telling about the person who constructed the temple " tejo mahadevalaya" Killing 1000' of hindus who defyed to convert to islam is the name of tolerance?

Mr. Javed has just written great lyrics whereas Mr. Modi has done gr8 development in Gujarat and Hence he deserved PM post of India and may be Javed deserves Dad Phalke award for his work
