will javed favour to kill "islamic jihadi ideological terrorist" who are killing hindus in the name of Isalm in Kashmir and other parts of India . I think javed is doing job for 'jihadi terrorist' by giving legal protection through PIL. we have helplessly seen how these 'jihadi terroost killed Narayanan in Afghanistan and many others and issued video footage of that killing , can Javed and like minded people explain how to tackle these people and their sympathisers? if such people are not killed in encounters how these jihadis be tackled. these jihadi knew no laws , and javed like people are advocating judicial trial . see what happened to afzal after sentenced to death still not being hanged. if we have to save our country we have to eliminate these jihadis and by doing so if some innocent are trapped even than forces be not tortured through human rights activities and media. otherwise any protection to these media and human right activist be withdrawn and be left open to these jihadi terrorist and let us watch how thse activist be able to save themseves?

Kashmiri pundits(they fleed not with force but they preferred to do that) are having a better life in the camp(I would prefer them back to kashmir and lead a normal life). Only some religious terrorists are aginst them. Whole government and force are helping them. But in Gujarat, the riot victims are in filthy camps. The Modi government is giving a lot of trouble to them and make their life miserble.No goverment body is willing to help them. So Kashmiri pundits are better off. They have a lavish life in Camp. I wish I was a kashmiri pandit in a camp(without doing any job and having all the luxury needed).

Dear Sameera, you have a twisted thought process, the pundits are not in their home land, they ran way for their lives. The muslims continue to stay in Gujarat, which is not possible if they are not secure. Be reasonable and unbiased or else the current image of muslims only gets further reinforced with comments like yours.
